Every one of our products is unique, in that they are all hand-poured. As such, every product is uniquely colored, by varying amounts of pigment from product to product.

If you have a request for a design that you wish to be created specifically for you, consultation and designing fees will be tracked and invoiced accordingly.

Questions regarding refunds or returns will be disregarded; once purchased, our products become your property.

We will not accept product returns, as we have no way of knowing how our products are handled after they leave our hands.
